The Dhansiri Irrigation Project (Major) is a major irrigation project with an estimated potential of 77230 Ha (AIA) & estimated cost of Rs.567.05Cr. (latest revised). The up to-date potential created is 72176 Ha (AIA). A total number of 175 villages (out of targeted 251) have already been benefitted by this project. Around 28,000 beneficiary farmers are within the CCA of the project. So far 50 numbers of Water User Associations have been formed in the project area. The physical progress as of now is 100% as it was targeted to be completed by 2022.
